Our new factory began operations in 2019, covering a modern production facility of over 20,000㎡. With a well-structured manufacturing system, we can produce more than 15,000 units of magnetic separation equipment annually, along with over 100,000 magnetic components and assemblies. Our production capabilities allow us to achieve a separation efficiency of over 95%, magnetic strength up to 20,000GS, and temperature resistance up to 350°C Additionally, surface treatments comply with sanitary-grade standards, ensuring suitability for highly demanding industries.
To maintain efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process, production is divided into specialized workshops, including metalworking, magnetic core processing, welding, polishing, assembly, cleaning, and final product inspection. Raw Material Workshop
Cutting Workshop
This workshop handles the initial processing of raw materials. A fiber laser tube cutting machine is used to precisely cut materials, ensuring they meet the specifications for subsequent welding and assembly.
Welding Workshop
The welding workshop is currently undergoing a full automation upgrade. Once completed, all welding processes will be performed using Yaskawa robotic welding arms from Japan, improving precision and production efficiency.
For bulk orders of permanent and electromagnetic separators, a dedicated project team is assigned to manage the entire process. This team is responsible for overseeing order execution, closely tracking production schedules, and ensuring quality control at every stage. With this approach, we guarantee timely and complete production and delivery.
